Yesterday's condo
Not a good start to the day. He is back under the bed. Came out VERY briefly and I managed to get 2 of his meds into him, but not the rest and no food and no insulin. He's back under the bed. Unfortunately, I'm recovering from surgery (hip replacement) so have limited mobility right now and can't get to the floor to try to get him out, and of course, today is the first day my bf went back to work in the office (he's been working from home the past 2 weeks to be around to help me out, which has been convenient with Boots' condition to have two of us home to keep an eye on him).
So I'm stuck home alone with limited abilities to help Boots, and he's under the bed without his nausea meds or Miralax or food or insulin yet - really important stuff. I'm hoping he'll come out soon and I can get something else into him. We didn't get nearly as good an eating response last night after ondansetron as we had the night before, unfortunately. He ate all his food eventually last night, but it took effort, and I really want to get something in him.
BF is coming home at lunchtime, so hopefully if I haven't been able to get him taken care of by then, he'll be able to help me.
This is so hard. So much for the higher spirits from early yesterday.
