Yesterday Cabergoline Day 27

Very insistent with hitting me and head butting my leg at +4. I guess the 170 is her take action number.

Her tail is up this morning. First time I've ever seen her tail up. It wasn't up long but it's another good thing. I've always suspected some kind of nerve damage in her back end. You could never touch below the shoulders, now you can to mid back. Tail always hung never had a wag or tail flip. Now there is. She always sits like a dog on one hip. Now sits up more like a cat.

So last night I get a call from the facility where dad is. Apparently he called the police because "someone stole all my past tax returns, I can't find them" . This is one of many delusions he's acted on. If It happens again I have to remove his phone.

Strength to all who are caring for our aging parents.

Like those behaviour signs...sounds like she is doing some sort of healing.

Yeah, take action...love me hooman!

I am sorry about the situation with your dad. :bighug::bighug:

Sorry to hear about your dad. I recently went through it myself. :bighug:

Great news about Olive! I'm thrilled! My vet approved the Lev and Cabergoline for Baby yesterday! We'll be joining you! We are starting on the every 72 hours schedule though. I see Olive's dose is .5mcg - is that BID - what is her weight? Thanks! You got your Cab from Diamondback??

How thrilling. Olive gets Cab once a day, based on weight. At the time vet only had old weight of 12 lbs. By the time we got it and started Olive was 13 lbs. One study gave every other day.

I found Wedgewood to have best price. I have it flavored with bacon and marshmallow. The marshmallow helps counter act the bitterness.

Can't wait to see how Baby does with it.

How did you get vet to agree?
