Yesterday
Feeling defeated I know it hasn’t been 3 days yet since new dose but not liking the numbers. How many times do I have to increase. I don’t want to see her up to 5 units. She’s playful purring I just don’t get it. Feel like giving up

Try not to get discouraged. Sometimes you just have to keep going up before you hit a breakthrough and come back down. The more important thing is how Molly is doing overall. She purring and playful. That is good. She is more than her numbers.

I try not to get discouraged but it's hard. From going to a low dose cat to a higher dose now. I really dislike seeing those yellow numbers. But she's happy she's eating so I'm thankful for that.

I'm sorry you're feeling defeated, today. Please don't give up!!!! How she is doing besides her numbers is also really important, like Carla said: eating, and the five "P"s: playing preening purring peeing pooping. If these are good, then that's also a good sign!
A cat needs as much insulin as they need. And look at Tyler for an example of what Carla described. But don't compare the actual insulin dose amount...ECID and all that.

You're doing a great job with Molly. Keep it going.

Thanks Lyla for making me feel better . Her numbers are a bit better today. I was having a bad morning. I cringe to see what her number is going to be. Some days it feels like I’m starting all over again. I know Tyler’s numbers are fantastic and I’m jealous of that.
I see Butters is still in pain. I pray she’ll be feeling better. With those awesome numbers I was jealous of to. J

Remember, Diane had to keep increasing Tyler's dose for quite a while, and then bam! All of a sudden a sea of green. But she was increasing and increasing first. I hope for the same for Molly.
