New dose...2.5U...EEK!! No kerfluffles today. Home all week to monitor. FF Chicken Feast w/dehydrated trout seems to be the golden ticket this week. Who knew there were so many dehydrated/freeze dried proteins out there? Chicken breast, once king, is now a lowly serf. She does like a nice freeze- dried chicken liver, however.

I'm not quite sure that I understand the higher numbers today, after .25 unit increase, when I had blues for the 4 middle tests during the day yesterday. Today, she's solidly yellow, although fairly level. I'm guessing it has something to do with building up the depot. Hopefully, at some point, it will no longer be a mystery. She is eating very consistently, with the only variable being the type of dehydrated/freeze dried protein added to her wet food. I've had to quit adding so much water to her food. She no longer likes it soupy, a 180-degree turn. She's drinking well, though.
