11/06 Comet - Should I increase insulin dose?

Hi, it’s me again lol
Comet has pretty much been in the green since yesterday morning/afternoon.
What numbers should we be seeing?
We talked about possibly increasing to .5u
I generally feed him with his insulin and every other check. So (2-3x in the am and 2x in PM) His insulin meals are 3 oz & his other meals 1 oz.
He has been on .25u about 5 days. Should we increase to try for lower numbers?
I guess I’m curious what our goal is? When should we increase? When should we decrease? I think someone stated earning a reduction if he goes under 80?

Comet actually earned a reduction yesterday with that drop below 90. If you are continuing to follow SLGS.
With TR, the aim would be to take him to a dose where he spends as much time as possible in the normal range viz 50-100 mg/dl on a human meter.

With TR, you could increase to 0.5U tomorrow.
