J.D.'s 17th Birthday Condo

Last Night:
226 PMPS
he got a night off from testing :-D

J.D. ate his 1st Breffis, took a bath in his bed, and is currently relaxing in his bed.
Now, I'm wondering if it was maybe his back end that I shut in the door, last night. All I know is that it was dark and the door shut on something soft and it was J.D. This morning, I see that one back leg is taking bigger strides than the other (which is not abnormal with his arthritis), and he isn't jumping standing up on his hind legs to reach for his birthday treats. He is getting up and down from the couch okay. We'll see. And hope for the best.

My thoughts are with Heather and Boo, today.

J.D. is looking very nice this morning. Birthdays must agree with him!

I hope which ever part got owied doesn't bother him too much. It's so easy to do, and everyone involved gets hurt!

J.D. is looking really good today. :-D Sounds like he's ok with whatever may have happened to him last night!

I went btb after 1st Breffis and was surprised to see the 325 at +4.

J.D. seems okay with his legs. We just returned home from a good walk. I had slices of steak in my hand, and J.D. did a bunch of trotting, and standing up on his hind legs to bite the steak out of my fingers (and my fingers).

2nd Breffis has just been finished, and I am off to run some errands. I promised them more outside time, when I return.

Nice AMPS....but what happened at +4??? Glad he is feeling OK and his legs don't seem to be bothering him too much......enjoy those birthday treats, JD!

My cats are so hungry and have another hour and a half to wait for dinner. They just don't understand :roll: .
Ginger was on the coffee table and sat right down on several cat treat pouches, and eventually they ended up on the ground, where J.D. was visciously :lol: trying to get into them. I just threw a bunch of freeze dried salmon treats on the floor for them to go find. Pretty soon, they'll be attacking each other, I just know it.

We had lots of outdoor time and sunshine and excersize today...now, we're just sitting here, waiting...for 1st Dinner... :sad:

Hope the birthday boy from yesterday is doing ok leg wise and will come back down for you. SOunds like he had a perfect day today and with the lobster yesterday...wow!!

You are such an awesome mom to him and Ginger, Dyana. They are lucky, lucky kitties!!

I guess there's nothing as good as a dinner that's an hour late. Both kitty's licked their bowls clean for 1st Dinner.
 
Glad to hear his leg is ok! What is up with the pinku JD? Hope he comes down for you soon. It must be a delayed bday dinner response. Have a great evening Dyana!
