Hello all!
Back again just to pop in and say hello.
Grem is getting an insulin reduction today, yay!
And it's been a heck of a long recovery post surgery but Grem is finally himself again!
He has had a 100% success from the partial thyroidectomy and his kidney levels have dropped too. His BGL is rapidly coming down again and I'm hoping we'll get back to remission which is where we were headed just before his thyroid went bad. As of three days ago, he is finally cuddly and sleeping with me at night again. It's been so long with him stand offish. I've missed him. His purr is still wrong and he sounds like a goat but it seems that will be permanent. Oh well!
