BTW, I was also still able to order Terumo syringes. They may still get back to me and say they are out of stock, but the Terumos are still up on the website. We tried sureComfort syringes, 3/10cc, 5/16", 31 gauge. Hard to read on the small doses.:facepalm:
 
I just got the out of stock email. I don't know what I'm going to do. We are finally getting somewhere with the dosing. DH will be out of town in the beginning of June. I cannot deal with dose fluctuating while he is gone and I am all alone with 2 kids.

Does anywhere else have terumos? Will the dose be the same if I switch to the 30g?

I am freaking out here and just killing myself for not ordering them sooner.
 
Yes...the dose will remain the same....the only difference is in the size of the actual needle, not the syringe....and trust me...there's very little difference between a 30 gauge and a 31 gauge! I have to go back and forth between the 2 sizes depending on what size they have available at my pharmacy and China doesn't seem to notice any difference either
 
Thank you for replying so quickly. I've worked myself into a dumb tizzy here. Guess it's going to be another night of insomnia. I guess I will get the 30g then. I am not thrilled about losing the half markings but I can't deal with switching brands right now.
 
My personal opinion is the half unit markings are probably more important unless you learn how to use calipers or the paper gauges to measure those .25U changes

You might call ADW and see if they might have another box hiding somewhere they can send you....and find out how long it'll be before they get anymore. If they don't have a box that begging and pleading won't get you, I could probably send you some until they get another shipment (IF they are going to get more). If they aren't going to be getting them anymore, you might as well switch brands now and get it over with
 
I'll call them in the morning and see if I can get anywhere. And I guess I need to go count how many syringes I have. I'm not opposed to calipers. Right now I'm all for whatever keeps his dose the most consistent. I swear the drama never ends with these sugar cats.
