I'm going to have to get you to try sushi JUST ONCE with cooked seafood. It is absolutely the best!! One of my favorites is called Korean BBQ. It's bbq beef, sliced super thin, wrapped with pieces of cucumber in nori (very thin sheets of seaweed which you can't even taste) and wrapped in rice. Then's it's drizzled with some kind of delicious sauce that's a little sweet. I used to think I hated it too....until I tried it and now I'm completed addicted!!!
