AMPS=102. Oooh, sorry! Yeah I'd have been a bit panicked if I got 23. Going to stick with the 0.75u. Let's hope you're right - it would be nice if he settled down a bit! :p
 
Yay Darwin!! Looking good! It's a little stressful (and sleep depriving) chasing the numbers down but its also so encouraging that he's responding so well!! Very happy for you and Darwin!! :)

+5=82. Okay, back on the surfboard now...:D

I ended up getting to leave work early since we were kinda slow (2 out of 3 vets on vacation) - going on a mission to buy some HC food that Darwin might like. I can get away with a little FF gravy mixed into pate, but if any chunks get in there he gets very offended :rolleyes:

Have you tried to blend the shreds so it's more of a pate?

I was just remembering that someone recommended this before. Do people actually just put it in the blender, or just mash it with a fork? He's so suspicious of anything new, but I had no luck finding pate that was HC - it's all gravy (which makes sense). Lotus has HC pate, but I can't seem to find that anywhere...

I haven't done it myself, but if you have a cup attachment for the blender, that may work better. Add a little water, too. I mash the cat food with a spoon all the time. I had to do it occasionally with the HC shredded food and that didn't do anything.

I haven't heard of Lotus so I looked it up and Walmart has it. Have you tried your local Walmart?

I'll have to try the blender - I have a small food processor that might work.

Uh! I just got back from Walmart because I got more test strips - they didn't have Lotus. That would have been great! :rolleyes:

Yeah! He has continued to drop a bit at PMPS each day. Crossing my fingers he just surfs safely! I was going to stall, but he seems to have a habit of dropping even lower when I stall (because he needs to eat??). I was debating on skipping again, but 71 should be a shootable number! He's just being a bit dramatic lately o_O:eek:
