Continuing conversation from yesterday... On cycles where you know he's not breaking a bounce, you can try R. The 0.25 if 400+ is a good experiment. It may end up he needs more, but too early to call. You also don't use R in the same cycle as a dose increase. Both those cases you are trying to avoid shooting R in a cycle that might have extra action. Adding R to that cycle means steeper dive -> leads to bounce -> back to higher numbers, which you are trying to avoid. Another thing to note is that sometimes the effect of a R dose can be seen in the following cycle.
