Out of milk so haven't had coffee yet. Oh, do I wish I was as much of a morning person as hungry charlie is at 6:30am!

Jane: Tummy is hanging in there. I've cut down on the coffee so that may be part of it. I think that the heartburn and stomach problems a few weeks ago may also have been some sort of stomach bug as it hasn't been back after that hell week. Let's hope that's the case.

Yes, Riannon: FD has my mind all preoccupied. I forget all the important things!

Looks like Charlie may be bouncing tonight from going low today? Not sure. Her PMPS was quite low, so it's hard to say.
