10.9.14 Lucy amps=85 (fasting!)

I accidentally trapped Lucy downstairs (we have a baby gate up) last night and so she had no access to food. I was surprised to see such a GREAT preshot number...it was a fasting number. Is that good?

I'm curious why it was so low? I know food spikes the number but I only give her Friskies Pate. Its crazy that her preshot numbers are usually in the 200-300 range and this one was only 85!

insulin plus no food for 10-12 hours = really low glucose ... potentially dangerous, as you do not know how low her glucose went during that time.

im glad lucy is ok! larry has done that b4. sometimes i think its how he gets down in the 80s. some days hes just not interested in eating during the day like he used to.
