I promise I did not give him cake and beer! But looking at his numbers you'd think I did. I didn't change his diet at all, but he threw up in the night and was 132 this morning. I fed him and 1 hour later he was down to 105. I had to leave for work, so could not test him again until tonight when he was 98. He obviously wasn't feeling totally well this morning. He seems fine now. He's eating well and seems happy tonight. Sometimes he gets into things and chews on things. He can open the lower cupboards and drawers. I have to keep treats up in the higher cupboards, or he'll chew through the plastic. I'm just wondering if he got into something that he swallowed that made him temporarily ill. I try to keep an eye out for things like that and keep them where he can't get to them. Or maybe he ate a piece of food spilled on the floor that was overlooked. Anyway, it was weird. He's fine now. I'm going to check him more the next few days and make sure his numbers stay down. We'd like a longer time at the falls than 1 day. :?

we love you but would like you to stay longer at the Falls too!!

it happens. sounds like he came back down - just hang in there.

I found Honey's ambg and pmbg were always higher so I started doing my OTJ testing at +1 or +2 and giving small meals throughout the day.
It takes a while to get used to not having to do the testing at the same time as the old pre-shot tests.

Thanks for your responses! Yeah, I won't worry yet. He was 98 this a.m. and ugh 122 this p.m. I'll just keep watching kind of closely though.

If you're testing, then feeding and the number comes down at +2, from what I understand, that means Mr. P is working!! Otherwise the number would go up higher

Tootoo partied a little too hardy maybe....those hangovers can wreck havoc with things...LOL

Go Tootoo!! Life at the falls is supposed to be the best!

:-D yeah, it's interesting how he reads higher, I feed him, and he drops down. Hmmmm. Guess it does mean things are working. He's just generally reading a little higher than he was a week ago.
