Do you think the pancreatitis is better when their FD is better controlled? I have been wondering that often lately.

TiTi's a very possessive kitty. And I make sure Layla gets tons of love, so it works out.

Diabetes and Pancreatitis are almost like Siamese twins in that they interact so intimately, so, yea, I imagine it does. I know that with a pancreatic attack we see rising BG numbers, but I don't know if the reverse happens. It's a very interesting question.
