Yesterday during all the flurry of us getting ready for and serving Thanksgiving dinner for the hordes, Neko decided she'd had enough of her last dose.
10/7 Recap:
AMPS 343 +4 147 +5.5 79  +6 66  +7 63  +7.5 96
PMPS 238 +3 292 +4.5 209
It looks like she tried to hold down the bounce last night and probably got to blues, and then Ms. Liver won the battle. The worst part, we might have reverted back to bounce recovery days and action packed nights. :YMSIGH: But today's +5 was both promising and surprising. After that AMPS, I was expecting pinks or at best high yellows. It might not be the pokie free day I was expecting.
The beans and cats are both taking mellow days to recover. We certainly don't have to cook for a while! And Neko is passed out in her basket in the solarium, enjoying yet another sunny day in the PNW. I am tempted to get out and enjoy it a bit, even if it is yard work. Neko didn't go out much at all yesterday, and hasn't wanted out yet today. That's quite surprising, but does mean I've been able to find both P's associated with the LB. They happened overnight, so yet another missed opportunity for a ketone test. Those are getting harder and harder to procure.
I'm including a picture of Neko cuddling the Joy of Cooking cookbook the night before turkey day. The page is open to the stuffing recipe and Neko kept on resting her head on that page. Of course, as soon as the camera came out, her head popped up. In the background, you'll see the mister I use to try to keep her off the counter. As you can see, I mostly fail at that.
From yesterday, thanks to all that visited. This bean took the opportunity of the yellow numbers last night to crash and get almost 6.5 hours sleep, until Neko's high numbers caused her to start early whining about brekkie. Thanksgiving dinner was great as well as the company.
