Luci had a good day yesterday...and I didn't. Work issues with server reconfiguration caused chaos and our applications were off-line for almost 4 hours. Intolerable downtime for patient care. So I was tied up with many people scrambling to try to get things back on the rails...ugh...exhausting. I asked at the end of the day, once we things were restored - why had they not allowed us to test prior to the reconfiguration? They're over there 'investigating' that today...nothing they say will make up for downtime of that magnitude...whatever...

Let's hope Luci heads back to the lagoon again today.

I am also surprised they didn’t try the reconfiguration in a test environment first! Most companies do that to mitigate any work time lost for such a silly reason! I hope it gets sorted quickly :)

I also hope Luci slides down safely for you today :)

I think my BP went up imagining the stress you were under yesterday. I know that type environment.
