Good Morning World! Welcome to our home! Yesterday and New Baby
DAKOTA
AMPS 439
Should have kept my mouth shut yesterday about the reds - he just had to show me one this morning - YUCK! I'm thinking this is a bounce as I don't think he got into anything with enough carbs to do this. He started up last night - hopefully he topped out at this ugly 439. He's sort of subdued this morning but he does this when his number is high. He got worm meds yesterday after this flea outbreak, that may be part of the cause too.
This new little one is definitely NOT a wild kitty - it's been petted and loved on and is NOISY! He now sits in the cage and 'chirps' over and over...and over again! I'm leaning toward it being a little male now but still haven't looked, he backed up to his box house and looked like he was doing the little boy tail shake. He's SO little but just SO stinkin' cute. I don't know if we'll keep him or not, haven't decided - didn't expect this blessing yesterday afternoon. If he does belong to someone and they're letting him outside already, they're not getting him back...is that really mean? He should not be outside for any reason at this age.
Today we hold close Liz, Anne and Tillie losing Zener yesterday - I loved that little boy like he was my own, I miss him almost as much as I miss KT. I learned so much reading about all the care for all his ills throughout the last years. I also learned about cerebullar hypoplasia and how to live with it day to day. All of them have been such a big part of our lives - they've been our Angels for most of this sugar dance first with KT then with Dakota when he joined us.
Just in case you missed it yesterday, here's the first pic of the newest blessing - look at that cute milk moustache. The hair inside his ears is also white:

BIG HUGE HUGS to all that visit today.
