My girl keeps climbing into the blues and this is the highest PS we've had in a month. I haven't noticed any glaring symptoms, but just this rise enough to indicate there might be an infection? Or is this not enough of an increase to warrant concern? I was hoping that I'd get a reprieve from pet care costs this month since we finally found food she liked and didn't seem to be having other issues.

I am not home today and I have plans tomorrow, so I cannot test often. Sunday would be the earliest I could do a curve.

It does look like something else is going on. Showing no signs of her UTI coming back? She probably needs to stay longer on a gentler antiobiotic than Clavamox.
She is eating okay? Peeing, pooping, purring, playing etc?

If she's largely over 90 today, take her dose up to 0.5U tomorrow.

Maybe wait until Saturday night to take her up when you can test in case she decides to hav3 a strong response. However if mostly blue do it tomorrow.

Her litter box is always fuller nowadays than it was before her DX, but she's going regularly and it's not like it was with the last infections. Pooping every other day for the most part, but I've read that's not unusual in older cats. Eating, playing and preening like normal. The purring isn't something I've been keeping track of. She's a pretty quiet purrer so it's not always noticeable. But no other environmental elements have changed that would cause a BG to increase.

Blah. Sounds like a vet visit is in order.

Yes, she's on Weruva low carb, low phosphorous varieties. I started that 3-4 weeks before her last labs, so I don't know if they would have made a difference in that short time.
