Howdy LL!!!!

OMGosh, another condo today! Two in a row.....

Well Attie is none to please with the new feeding arrangements, but his BG is happier. :lol:


Busy day with the Monster Mutt Dash and its own fateful excitement for the day. I actually had to administer first aid to several dogs that overheated. Long story and a rant away...the dogs should be OK. Plus it made my business look good as to be the pet first responder.

Well I am now working on my first beer and putting my feet up for the evening for the first time in a few weeks. Maybe I can get caught up on the goings on here in LL....

So little time...so many kitties....
 
First responder to the overheated doggies was heroic of you. How did they get overheated?

The dogs and owner can participate in a 5K or 1K run/walk. We've been having lots of cool and wet weather lately, but today was absolutely a perfect 'indian summer' day. The dogs were not acclimated so several went down. @-)

While I performed first aid some things sort of really ticked me off and I was sort of shocked. I guess long run is the owners and dogs were very lucky. One dog's tongue had already turned purple due to lack of oxygen. Both dogs were cooled and revived, then the owners left to get them to their vets.
