Banana bread wrapped in foil, blueberry muffins in a ziploc, baguette in it's wrap, biga (bread starter) under plastic wrap. Besides starting with B, all these things were something/carbs that Neko broke into.

I once caught her licking unwashed plates in the sink. All these got better when her numbers got under control. So far I'm seeing lots of nice blues today. Fingers and paws crossed here it sticks.
Following your conversation with yesterday, if looking for new vets, you might want to try to find someone who graduated from a vet school that studied higher dosed cats. Neko's IM vet graduated in Europe (Belgium) where one of the best acro researchers also graduated from. Colorado State U, North Carolina State U, U of California (Davis) have all done some work in high dosed cats. Washington State U as well. This post might be helpful:
