Sunday afternoon after multiple delicious cappuccinos. Life is good. So far, the new dose seems to be having more of an impact, so I'm real happy we decided to increase her back up to 1.25 units again.

Now the only thing we need to do is to find somebody locally who will watch her for a weekend when we are away at the end of October. We thought we had found somebody, but just now her husband called to tell us that "she changed her mind and this is too much for her". UGH.

That makes me a little bit worried. The search begins for another pet sitter! Gotta move fast.

Nice numbers Charlie, way to go.

As for the pet sitter... If you haven't already, you may want to check with your vet. Sometimes the vet techs do pet sitting on the side, and you know they're comfortable with tests and shots. And if not, they might be able to recommend someone. When I had to go out of town last month, I called our vet for a recommendation and found out that our tech, the one that we really like, is also a pet sitter. I felt so much more comfortable knowing that Zeus was in good hands.

Nice cycle for Charlie with the pretty greens! :mrgreen: I hope you find a good pet sitter. I did the same as Kathie when I took a trip home. One of the Vet Techs watched Maggie, and it worked out great.

Low PMPS. In a way, a good thing.

We shot the 1.25 but I'm afraid we might be in for a long night. Let's hope for the best.

Look at those pretty Charlie numbers!!!!! Good job!!!! Now, if only we could find you a pet sitter...if only I lived closer...I'd come love on that cute little girl! :smile: I like the idea of asking the local vet techs. Best wishes on finding a good sitter and hopefully she won't cause too much drama tonight!

I love her pictures...it cracks me up how she sleeps on her back with her little toes curled. My Noah - also a tuxedo - does the same thing, although he's usually semi-on his side.
 
I think that's a good idea, Liz. As it gets closer, I'll get input on how much to give, but definitely it will be back down to at least 1 unit. The difference between 1.25 and 1.5 is so slight that anyone could easily mess that up, and it's not worth the risk.
