Good afternoon LL!

Tarragon is doing ok. Appy is still bad so I have been syringe feeding some. Of course he will eat anything hard I give him. With his BG's, I'm limping along on gravy food and kibble. I suspect it is the Clavamox that is messing him up. They had said to make sure his bottom doesn't scab. This morning when I got up there was a big old scab with white stuff on it. Grrrr. Soaked his bottom really well and cleaned him up.

Mason and his DGF are here for the weekend and we had a 5k. DH ran a 10K. It was the zoo run which is one if the biggest runs in Tulsa and the route is around and through the zoo. It was 45 and rain/sleet but felt wonderful. Right when I got across the finish line my cell phone rang and it was the vet checking on T. I explained what was going on and he said just to keep it clean and it should be ok. That was a relief.

Other than that, tarragon is pretty happy and purry. He's been camped out on the dog bed. Turnup is still hissing. Charlie is not limping. ;-)

More healing vines for T. I hope he continues to heal well. And glad Charlie's leg is ok. :lol: Congrats on the race and the great weather. I like to run in the rain but I don't have much of a chance here.

Melissa, sending appy and healing vines to Tarragon. Wow, sounds like a nice Vet to check on Tarragon. That was a relief with the scab that he called. Congrats on the 5K, rain and sleet, yikes, I was cold this morning when I wnet outside to empty the trash - 61 degrees. It's in the nice toasty 70's now! :lol: I'm such a wim[p! Enjoy the weekend with DS and DGF.

Hi Melissa,

Congratulations on the dose decrease! I hope he can keep it. Tarragon's numbers are great and he sounds like he's healing well. I hope his appetite picks up.

I'm glad Charlie is back to normal. Sorry Turnup is still upset.

I hope you all had fun today with your family. Being out in weather like that when I don't have to is definitely not my thing. :lol: :lol: I have to go now. My grandson just got here and I'm going to make pizza & broccoli for dinner. He's spending the night tonight while his mom & dad go out. :smile: TTYL

Aw. I bet that medicine is mucking his appy up.
More and More Healing vines for Tarragon.
Sounds nice and cool there and that's the best way to be out running any where. Rain is refreshing.
