Hi again,

Thanks, Devon, but it wasn't for a routine servicing: my car (named "Ranger Roy") wanted new front brakes! And he got them!!

Rusty and Edward had a good morning with a nice brushing and some outdoor time. Shadow came to the back door and Edward said that Rusty got extremely angry and tried to get at him through the door! I don't think he likes Shadow appropriating "his" yard. Shadow, still less than a year old, just wants Rusty to play. Rusty, true to his history, doesn't want to have to get along with other cats!!

We have a much better number at +5, so maybe Rusty will get back on track. It was cold, in the upper 20s, this morning with frost on the ground--very beautiful. Rusty is taking advantage of "winter mode" and was on his perch over the radiator this morning and at the moment is napping in his cube in the sun.

Here are a couple of pictures I took an hour ago of Rusty, in his natural camouflage (he looks like a pile of leaves!), on the hunt for the squirrel.

rusty is so handsome! Sorry to hear he doesn't want to play with shadow .. some kitties just prefer to be the only one!

Beautiful Rusty! My Weezer wants to be an "only kitty in the world" too. I'm almost jealous when I hear others talk of how their kitties play together and cuddle! But hey, they are what they are.

Ella, Rusty is sooooo handsome! He definitely looks like he's hunting in the first picture..that darn squirrel is taunting him!

Rusty is one gorgeous kitty. I envy you living in the country with beautiful surroundings. Ohhh... front brakes. You just reminded me I need to take my car in soon for an inspection. Have a nice day, and nice cycle for Rusty.

Ok....first I had a heart attack because the rainbow icon thingey is on your condo....did you know that? Scared me to death until I saw his numbers and realized you accidentally must have clicked the button by the rainbow.

I laughed and laughed at his camouflage photo. He is so very handsome...and regal. I hope he and Shadow can be friends one day.

Hope all went well with the brakes for RR.

OMG, my heart just dropped along w/my jaw....I was clicking on another post and just happened to glance your rainbow and saw Rusty's name....My stomach got sick! I'm so happy to see that it was just an error on your part, Ella!















I just clicked on another post when my eye caught a Rainbow and saw Rusty's name and my heart, along with my jaw, dropped to the ground. My stomach got upset....oh my, Ella, what are you doing to us!!!!
I'm so glad that all is ok w/ your boy and all! Nice pictures and nice numbers!!!

OMG, I wondered why I had so many replies when I got on my computer tonight!! It must have happened when I was updating Rusty's +8.5 number from my phone, when I took Edward to the chiropractor!! SO SORRY!!!!! (It is really easy to hit a spot on the screen that you don't mean to hit when using the I Phone! And of course I didn't check since all I had written was a number--or so I thought). Are you all OK??? We are FINE!!!

Rusty enjoyed his dinner and is now relaxing on the couch, waiting for us to come and watch something on TV.

Back later. Off to visit some condos.

I've had that happen with my Droid, too, Ella....somehow managed to catch it. It is hard to post from the phone.

Big jump at PMPS +4.5. Pretty sure it wasn't a fur shot. New box of test strips, but I tested one with the test solution and it was OK. I guess it's the cat!

Rusty just has something so positively regal about him. Of course he doesn't want to mingle with the commoners!! He really is such a gorgeous boy. :-D :-D :-D
