Yesterday after a slight dosecrease, Neko got her blue slide on at night.

Of course the most annoying about getting up at +9 last night/this morning was that Neko decided she didn't want that to be her nadir and PS would be better. She has had a similar cycle where she was green at +9. Sigh. I guess we all have regrets about sleep that could have been. Once day I hope to have figured out Neko's cycles on Lev an taken advantage of the extra ZZZs.

I have news on the play front. Last night I brought out a feather on a stick toy that Neko used to play with ages ago. I thought I'd try it on Theo, as he mostly seems to like playing with things that don't involve me (except a laser pointer and my toes under the cover). He ignored it as usual, so I took it over to Neko and she was really getting into it. :-D :-D I love seeing her get into more active play other than just civie whacking or bunny kicking her nanners. She likes the laser too but as soon as it shines, Theo is all over it so it's no fun for Neko anymore.

It's a sunny day here and supposed to be warm. A perfect day for finishing off the house painting (we hope). Neko's had one yard patrol and is on her second deck patrol. It' a good day in catland.

She sure does have some nice numbers with Lev.

And yay for playing!!!
It does make me very happy too whenever Lucy is playful, which is extremely rare these days.

Have you tried a peacock feather with Theo?
These get Ginger sooo excited.
I don't know if it's the smell, or maybe it makes sounds human can't detect when I shake it. :smile:

Our kitties do like to keep us guessing. That's great Neko likes playing with her old toy again.

GO NEKO!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Last time she went this low during the day was early August, the time before that was in February. :o

I've been testing in the solarium. There are two toasty kitties there watching bird TV. Our Japanese aurelia tree has it's berries ripe so there are a lot of birds munching away just 20 feet away from the kitties.

@Mary - I'm counting on a bounce tonight for sleep. She'll probably do something else. :lol: :lol: I'm not sure if it's Lev by itself or getting the right dose but I'm pretty happy with her numbers.

@Mariko - Even better than blue is daytime green! I think I have a peacock feather somewhere, but I think Theo is more of a rodent guy.

@Carla - It's like recycling when old toys work again. :-D

@Dale - Not sure what happened, but I'll take it! Of course, I'm tired and feel like a nap. :lol:
@Rhiannon - Yup, dancing and celebrating here. dancing_cat dancing_cat

@Liz - I can still get in a bit of painting between tests. :lol: DH's gone off to work on the coach boat motor. :roll:

Solarium testing is quite luxurious. :-D

What a beautiful cycle so far! :mrgreen: Good for you, Neko! It will be interesting to see where she goes by PMPS time. Neat about Neko's taking up playing with her feather again. I'll have to try some of Rusty's old toys on him again. He's not playing much these days. He much prefers being combed!!

@Linda - Good to hear from you and yes, this was a good one.

@Rich - Daytime green is definitely nice to see. Solarium testing just means the cats don't have to move. :lol: We'll find out in a couple of hours what the sleep situation is like tonight. Of course I'm supposed to get up at +9 to row.

@Ella - A pretty good cycle by Neko standards and only 118 at PMPS. Neko's not much on combing, she had a knot on her throat today, but I did manage to hand work it out. Neko hasn't done much active play since FD, so it's good to see her doing that again. She prefers live prey. :roll: I finished my part of the house, DH didn't get his quite done. We still have some other sections that can be painted in the rain (solarium, carport roof).
