After PMPS last night, which was 157, I tested every hour until +6. Last night the values are as follows:
+1 = 120
+2 = 129
+3 = 84, fed TBSP of 13% carb food.
+4 = 82, fed another TBSP of 13% carb food.
+5 = 98, fed another TBSP of 13% carb food, but he only ate a little
+6 = 151, decided I could sleep
I will test again shortly at +2. Gideon is doing well, though the dip into the GREEN always scares me.
We will be leaving on Saturday for 3 nights. We were going to be away for 4 nights, but we cut it back by one. The pet sitter will stay at the house, and a vet tech will come in at 7A & 7P. As Saturday gets closer, I will be asking for advise regarding the dose of Lantus while we are away.
