Yesterday's Condo

Flat blue kitty today. Appy good but not voracious like yesterday. Best AB dosing ever - every drop stayed in! :-D Hopefully we'll be done with that tomorrow, after we see the OV and get the sutures out. Paws crossed. Now, I just need Cinco to be a good boy tonight so we can leave for bowling at the correct time and not have to worry about him. Hear that, Cinco???? Please?

Sasha's appy is still iffy. She ate fairly well last night, but just picked at her breakfast this morning. I'm going to take up some baby food when I'm done with this. She does not seem nauseated at all, just not hungry. The only way I got her to eat anything this morning is I kept sprinkling Forti Flora on it and putting the plate under her nose. She'd eat a bite two then turn away. I'd wait a minute, then lather-rinse-repeat! :YMSIGH:

I found another big puddle of clear liquid on the floor again this morning, in the same place as last time. Looks like water, but a little thicker inconsistency. No smell. I'm sure it's Harvey, but can't figure out what's going on. He ate very well - no sign of tummy trouble. I did find evidence he had managed to crawl up into the garden window in the kitchen where the cat grass and catnip are sitting, but neither of them seemed to be disturbed, and there was nothing green in the liquid. Baffling. confused_cat

Nice blues for Cinco today. Yay on successful AB administration. I hope Sasha's appy gets better and you can figure out what the mysterious liquid is.

Georgette, we stopped feeding FF classics, much to my kitties' dismay and started them on Wellness Grain free and some others from the list, and six months later Harvey's kidney values were all in normal range! :-D Needless to say, we still feed the same low carb, low phos food!

Thanks, Carla. Sasha ate a couple more bites of cat food this noon, then polished off half a jar of baby food. As long as she'll eat that, I know she's really okay!

Thank you so much!!! I think it worked!!! Skooter may take a day or two to join Cinco again as he was a wee bit high for him lately (210), but I am sure he will be back at it before we know it!

Cinco, let momma and daddy go out on time tonight.....maybe you can coax Skooter down a little bit and you two can play!!!!

Yay for the ABs - awesome news!!! Eat up, little Sasha, OK? Could Harvey be working on a hairball? Some of my guys spit up a few times before the hairball finally makes it out.

Cinco...do you think you could get China to come in a little? Maybe if you stood on shore and serenaded her with sweet songs? I think she's forgotten there's sharks out there!

Hope Cinco gives you a permission slip to go out bowling tonight Tricia!

Will be watching for news tomorrow on the sutures! Sure hope both the sutures, the AB and the cone of shame are all history!

Cinco gave me my permission slip to leave, but as crazy as his cycles have been lately, I'm still a little nailbite_smile wondering what he's doing! I gave him a big bowl of 8% before we left (with his shot), and he polished it all off right away. So I refilled the bowl. He ate that, too! :roll: I went ahead and refilled it, and if he ate that right away, he's probably on the pink floor right now! :lol:

Amy, Harvey rarely, if ever has hairballs. His hair is so darned short. I guess I need to get him in for that BW recheck.

Sasha ate all of her snack before we left (We give them a small snack before bowling, and they get their dinner when we get home). I'm going to try skipping the Ondansetron tomorrow and see how she does. That's one week post chemo.

Cinco's appointment tomorrow is at 11:15, so I'm sure no one will be surprised if I don't get his condo up before we go! I'll be sure to post when we get home - hopefully with good news! Thanks for the vines.

I wish I were better at bowling, but it's a good night if I get a 54 :roll:

I knew it!!! Cinco was frolicking in the lagoon with China while we were gone! I guess I just can't trust him to behave with us gone! I'm pretty sure he ate all the food I left right away, as he devoured the snack I just gave him. I didn't give him more, much to his chagrin, because I'm going to test again after 30 minutes to see which direction he's headed and will give him some then. Sheesh! So much for the honor system! :roll: :mrgreen:

Molly, I haven't bowled since having major back surgery in 2002, but I think my average when I quit was about 135. Not exactly stellar. Mark's average is usually between 150-180. It seems to fluctuate from season to season. This is not a scratch league, and everyone is there to have fun and visit and do a little bowling on the side. Serious bowlers that join our league only last a season before looking elsewhere! So even though I no longer actually bowl, I'm considered a member of the league.

Harvey just ate voraciously, but Sasha only took a couple of bites and turned away, so I'm warming up the rest of that jar of baby food. Time to go see if it's ready. bbl.

Yes, Wendy, you're right. I should have known better.

I also should have known that his regular dinner for tonight (Evo 95% Chicken & Turkey - 2% carbs) was not going to get him up on that board. Just gave him some 8%, with a little of Sasha's baby food for topping. Got the 11% standing by.
 
Sending good vetty vines for Cinco! I hope the suture come out easily and no more yucky ABs. That must have been some party in the Lagoon tonight! Tess said the mermaids were complaining about the noise!
