Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (Ahhhhhh.... elixir! Thanks Elsa~), and Happy Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Lola and Bug's new leaf continues!! Once again, on a Caturday, there has been no more sleeping in! So many Caturday's in a row!!! Paw Prints Pizza is open and ready for business! They are running a Caturday Catnip special today - lots of nip in those pies! They have even used their signature nip cheese. Best order early! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It is my bean's fav! SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with peppermint chips and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride.

I hope everyone had a great Furday. Mine was so busy and so crazy, but we all had a great time. With the weatehr being so sunny that we made it another outdoor day. I decided to take the boys up to Snoqualmie Pass, to a small pond there, up in the mountains, that has a very nice 1 mile loop trail around the pond. There are several water access point too. Gold Creek Pond is perfect for Nicholas - it has all that he likes to do when out doors, and he did amke sure he did all of them. It was a little chilly up at the pass, but as most of tht rail is in the sun, we did well. We were even lukcy enough to have lunch out on the waters edge. We had lots of rock tossing, and stick playing, even some ducks! William did well too: all wide eyed and taking it all in. I didn't have one fuss from him at all. Near the end of the walk there is a large area/meadow where one can see all the the mountains around the lake. With all the rain we have had the past week, there was one section in the meadow, a very large puddle, 20 yards across, that Nicholas thought was the best thing ever. So there he was, wading in and playing in this puddle, surrounded my mountains and a very pretty pond. Wow, quite the day. Good enough that Nicholas did not want to leave, at all. Guess I will have to take him back. :-D :-D  Gold Creek Pond, and More Gold Creek Pond. One of the videos was too large for Picassa to process, so I did that one via YouTube:
Nicholas: the worlds best puddle!

Nicholas's breffis routine here continues. It's his own version of Normalcy at Grammie's. I have to admit, it is rather fun. Good Morning from William and Nicholas

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!!   It is oddly quiet here this morning.... too quiet.... the calm before the storm? Lola is curled up on my lap as I type this condo. This seems to be her lap time, she comes very morning to sit on my lap while I am on the 'puter. Our one on one time. But... I always cringe when it is so quiet... what are they up too? Well maybe just a mellow day, as Lola is after all, snoozin' on my lap. I was very late getting home yesterday, well later than normal when I have the boys: no at home here before I take them home. I did make their designated dinner time.... barely.... they were patiently waiting, all in their correct places.  Good kitties. Even Lola behaved herself, limiting her mischievousness to marathon runs with Bug. WOW on that. :-D

Have a great day everyone. it is a for sure catch up day here: shopping, errands, laundry and some cleaning. and recovery time.I thoroughly enjoyed having both boys for five days, but need some regroup time.  So that shall be today.

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!!

Very lovely video! Thank you so much for sharing. I enjoyed that immensely. :-D I'm glad to hear that you guys are having a wonderful time, and have wonderful weather for now. Hoping you have a great weekend. :-D

Hi Michelle. Great videos. What child wouldn't love walking around in a huge puddle of water? You can tell that he is really enjoying it. I'll bet there isn't a place on earth that Nicholas would like to visit more than Grandma's. You're building so many memories for him.

Whenever I read that you arrived home late from an outing I visualize Lola and Bug sitting directly inside the door waiting for you and they have the contract dangling from their mouths   .

Thank you for the advise on PF. Sometimes I forget whose driving and whose in the back seat. I'll put the patient pants on for a few more cycles and see what happens.

Have a great day Michelle.

Hi Michelle,

I let my DGS, who is 2, watch some of Nicholas' videos with me. He is just in awe! :-D I think he wants to come and play with Nicholas in that puddle!

Enjoy the peace while it lasts :-D Hugs and scritches to your furbabies!

Jane

LOVE to read normalcy in MuskaterVille! And nom nom nom on PawPrints Pizza - what a great business name.

Maybe it's so quiet because the boys wore out the Musketeers? ;-)

Morning Everyone! More needed ----> ~O) ~O) ~O)

Hi John ~O) ~O) ~O) THX on the vids - and that puddle! He loved that thing, that it was so big and he could do some many things in it. Hey thanks on the rest. I so hope on the memories, and I think he is. He talks about alot of these places all the time. oh LOL on that contract dangling from their mouths. THEY DO! Sitting right inside the door, waiting.... I can so read their minds: see this! it's the contract!  -- Wishing you much uck with PurrFace. ECID and all that. I just know that aggressive dosing did not work with Mannie, the swings ended up being so dramatic. So... we waited out the cycles, took things slow, and I found that for him, he did so much better with consistent dosing, and my letting him run the show, adjust on his own, take charge. he usually did. Good luck!

Hi Jane ~O) ~O) ~O) oh Cool! Your DGS watches those vids. How fun! And I bet he does - puddles rule ya know. I've alwyas let Nicholas be what he is: a boy who wants to discover and explore. The experiences and memories are invaluable. And yes on the peace: will do!

Hi Anne ~O) ~O) ~O) Me to on the normalcy. it's a crazy one, but ever so fun. Funny on that business name. I forget who cone that, think it started with Hillary who commented on one of her orders where there was paw print on the crust of her pizza. That day Paw Prints Pizza was born. HEY! Could be on the boys wearing out the musketeers! I like that theory.

Hi Liz ~O) ~O) ~O) THX, it really was a fun one. He really enjoyed the place, didn't want to go home. :-D So far it is working out well. We've had a few adjustments in scheduling etc, but the routine is becoming set, and it seems to be working. William is very easy to care for,a truly happy baby, so that makes it easy to add him to the mix. Nicholas loves his little bro, that helps too. I'm beat by the end of the week, but love it all. Two more weeks of having them five days a week, then back to the three.

Oh how fun to wade in the water! And on such a beautiful day ☼. Thanks for posting the video. So sweet (and Nicholas is getting so big!)
Enjoy your evening!

Happy Caturday night everyone! it's been a decent afternoon here - off for a walk in the afternoon,. The day was too nice not too! So.... another one of my shore/woods walk. What a gorgeous day down there. I also crashed for a while... more tired than I thought!

Hi Liz - yupp! 5 days. I normally do three, but am covering for the other set of grandparents for a month while they vacation. Yes, after this 3 will seem like a breeze!

Hi Carla - I think he really did enjoy it. It was so much fun for him, and he didn't want to go home. It is an incredibly beautiful place. And yes on today - I did!

Hi Josie - Oh yes - as we ll know he loves the water, and to have a spot like that one was a heckuva lot of fun for him. Back and forth he kept gong, hiding in the bushes in the middle so I had to seek him out, picking rocks from the bottom - just all those really cool boy things. :-D Glad you liked the video!

More beautiful photos Michelle. I hope the boys enjoy the beauty of the place, as well as the puddles. :-D Is that fresh snow on the mountain tops? It sure makes the pictures look like postcards.

I think I want to come to your place for breakfast. So much fun and happiness. Love how Nicholas loves on his little bro.

Morning Wendy ~O) THX on the pics. I think they boys did enjoy the beauty as well as the water. :-D Nicholas kept telling me, and pointing out, the snow in the mountains. and yes - that is fresh snow on the mountains. It was very pretty. It has started snowing in the higher elevations again. I hear/read that the North Cascades are really great right now, after fresh dustings if snow. LOL: yupp, we do good for breffis here. Nicholas seems to think so. :-D It is fun how much Nicholas loves his little bro. I can only imagine how fun they will be as a pair once William is more mobile.
