Harley AMPS 340. Although Harley has had some tests in the 200's (10/3), most of them have been 300+. Today I will go up to 3u.

I am home most of the day but I am gone from +9 - +11, I will leave some HC just in case he drops too low.

I definitely think that increase is warranted.

Just a note....leaving HC out that late could affect your PMPS number. Could you test more in the afternoon curving up to the +9, so that you felt informed about which way his bg was going? If he was high all afternoon, or raising...you could leave with no worries. If he was dropping, or low, then a good call could be made about what to leave out.

Well, I don't have to worry about the dose change and Harley's numbers today. Kitties (Laura, Scooter, Harley) were having lunch. Laura & Scooter get moist kibble - Harley FF. I turned away for less than 10 seconds and out of the corner of my eye I saw Harley. He left his own food 1/2 eaten, went over to Scooter, head butted him out of the way and grabbed a huge mouthful of the food. Scooter didn't know what hit him....I should have stopped Harley but I was laughing too hard. Harley was 301/+4, now 353/+7.

Harley! What are you doing to your poor brother :o !!! You have your own fuds! :roll: No, I don't think you'll have to worry about dropping too low today :lol:

I have t o wonder how often he has done that in the recent past. . . confused_cat

Have you considered feeding all kitties FF LC?

I doubt that he has stolen food because he usually is in the bedroom with the door closed until the others have eaten and plates cleared. Today I am getting ready to go to a meeting and it was easier to feed all at once...still they were quiet a way from each other....

Contraband! Harley says nom nom nom. At least you won't have to worry about him today, and I hope he clears it quickly.

FF here costs $.60 a can. For all cats to eat FF, that would be $4.00 a day. I know that does not sound like much but I really cannot afford that. Right now, I spend half that and feed all 3 meals and a snack.
