Later: Molly has said that her view of Clare's spreadsheet doesn't go past July. If anyone else has the time to check, would you please leave a message whether you were able to see the full spreadsheet or not? Thanks!

Good Sunday Morning, Lantus Land Neighbors! ~O) ~O) ~O)

We're sending out healing wishes and hugs to all the kitties and beans who need them today.

Yesterday's PJ Condo

Today's News:

AMPS 426
+3: 196
+4.5 172

PMPS 470
+3 385
+4 408

Clare is bouncing this morning after coming down quickly last night and earning a reduction to 0.25u. We're happy that she finally held the 0.25+u dose, and hope that the 0.25u will be effective for her, too.

We're also hoping for smoother rides from here on, and will be grateful for any ideas that our neighbors might have as to how to encourage that for Clare. Our little beanie hearts can only take so much excitement! ;-)

Have a great day, Everyone!

Re: 10/5 Clare AMPS 426

I wish I had some magical words of wisdom for you on how to level out the numbers. I know several people have been trying to steer the numbers with food to try to prevent sharp drops (and therefore, theoretically, some of the bouncing). Elise (& Max) and Jen (& Eddie) are the two members who immediately come to mind when I think of the food manipulations. You might pop in to Elise's condo and see if she has some advice on the food manipulations. Jen hasn't posted for a while (or I've missed her posts). Marje also does quite a bit of food manipulation, I think. I don't know if food manipulation alone will help Clare stop bouncing (and you may already be doing it), but I thought I would throw it out there just in case.

Paws are crossed for a short-lived bounce today!

Re: 10/5 Clare AMPS 426

Thanks for the ideas, Shelly. We have tried giving her some higher (8%) LC along with her lower LC at the beginning of each cycle. It didn't seem to change anything except that her bounces seemed to be getting higher. We then tried mixing her food 1/2 and 1/2 (4% and 8%) and that didn't seem to be any better.

From visiting the others' sites it looks like there's a lot more to it, though, and it's likely to be (yet another!) a learning curve. So I'll keep studying! @-)

Thanks again for your visit,

Georgette and Clare

Re: 10/5 Clare AMPS 426;+3 196

For some reason, I cannot see beyond July on your spreadsheet....

That was quiet a drop from AMPS to +3....you might want to consider some LC or MC to try and slow it down a bit and help maybe avoid a super big bounce...

Clare. Ease up on the diving. surfing is more fun. Don't have any advice. Polly's only plunged a couple of times, but I did try to slow her down with food.

Hope it's a great fall day for you all.

Re: 10/5 Clare AMPS 426;PMPS 470 Please check SS

Asking neighborly help:

Can anyone not see Clare's full spreadsheet? The dates should be from 6/11/14 to 10/5/14.

Just checking, thanks for your help,

Georgette
