Hi Elise! hopefully he clears the bounce quickly and slides down today. Actually, thats not too high, and I would take that number over Chi Chi s today amps of 365. However we have a big drop to 205+2 happening. Heres hoping you have a nice weekend, and best wishes and healing vines for your mom, I hope she is better soon.

Hi Laura. His amps isn't that high but lately he goes up from there to pink and it lasts several cycles and longer than in the past. I'm trying to learn not to overreact. It will be easier when I know for sure I'm using good insulin and hopefully my vet figures out what besides diabetes is bothering Max and it isn't anything serious.
I hope Chi Chi comes down more slowly from this point and surfs.

Thanks Carla. He surfed the afternoon I guess. I left out cat food while I was at my mom's but he didn't touch it. I don't think he left the spot where I left him. I put out some cat food but he wouldn't eat so I gave him a little baby food which he did eat. These are not good signs. His respiration rate seems high to me. I'll have to look when he falls asleep.
