10/4 ELIAN - bg 69 Day 34 OTJ

[Susie and Elian]

Just checking in - and Elian is still doing terrific! His 4 readings since ending his trial have been 82, 71, 68 and a 69 tonight.... and that was even after he ate the wrong can of food tonight. Somehow a gravy can got mixed in with the pâtés and he still had the 69. Woo hoo!!!! Hope everybody is well - been working like crazy so not much time to check in. But a friend connected me up via facebook today with her friend who's cat was just dx with diabetes so of course I told her she needs to come here. Hope she listened. Will check back in with her - hope she can be as successful with her kitty as I've been with Elian thanks to all of you!

So happy that you checked in with everyone here. Great to hear that Elian is doing well. What an inspiration!!
Mr.Cat made it through his dental surgery with flying colors and felt immediately better (he was quite hilarious on pain meds, though - totally enthralled and obsessed with chin scratches and belly rubs). He recovered beautifully and is totally pain-free!
Now for the next adventure to the falls.... we hope to join you and Elian soon!
