I'm sorry, Gina. Susie didn't want to eat tonight either until I switched her food to seafood. The not eating is always my biggest fear. Bama is really high tonight which isn't as much of a concern as if he were really low and you needed to get food in him to raise glucose. It is still a scary indication that something is not right. I pray it will pass for Bama. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I'm sorry I am dealing with this. I hope his appetite improves and he feels better soon.

I'll leave him at 5.25 for a few days. Does it make sense then to increase another .25 to get him to 5.5 before 7 days have passed? Say, after 3-4 days?

You can just increase by 0.5 units next time, if you need to increase again. Unfortunately, that leaves you off the syringe line.
