Bounced for one cycle after the 32 the day before, then back to the lagoon last night which is very pleasing.
She slid down steadily without any need to give her anything to slow her down which was also good.
Eating well, no LB issues, mobility good (anti jinx to all those)

OT. Today is my DH birthday and Halloween. We are having a fancy dress party here tonight........organised before DH neck and shoulder issue. Hopefully he is feeling better today.....not up yet.
We are decorating the place with all things Halloween with sound effects and appropriate food...eg eyeball punch. Should be a lot of fun.
 
Happy Birthday Rob, enjoy your party but take it easy, we don't want any more injuries in your household. Hope Sheba enjoys herself too.

Decorations are up and look fabulous.
Serryn I didn't see the news last night but thanks for the warning........no candles will be used here.

Had another treatment with DIL this morning at the clinic. Knee is improving but I have to wear the brace for another fortnight. Anything to get it better.
DH has stirred up his neck again doing the decorations but there was no stopping him! He is lying down with a hot pack on it trying to retrieve the situation:rolleyes:

Sorry about the bounce. Happy Birthday to Rob. I hope his neck feels better and he can join the party. I'm glad your knee is improving.
 
Your party sounds terrific! Guess DH could go as a patient in traction. Or perhaps the Tin Man. No bending or lifting there. Sure hope he feels better and can enjoy his birthday.

Sheba. All's going so well. Now, that bounce. Easy out.
