10/31 Roni UPDATE

I just spoke with Roni. She said Moonie is doing great. She is have a great time. Roni is still concerned about her house. They are not allowed back yet and she has not been able to contact any neighbors to see what conditions are. She did get to the grocery store today. YEAH said that it was great to get out. The power has been restored at the mote. She will give me an update tonight.

She and Brad are okay, just anxious.

Thank you LL for all your prayers and vines. Still needed. I'll update when I hear something

Glad to hear the conditions are improving.
Tell Roni that if the road gets clear enough, her DH might be able to convince a guard to let him in long enough to grab medicine.
After all he has a license with his address on it to prove he lives there.

When we were evacuated ( for fires) , my DH was able to get permission to come home and grab medicine that we forgot ( although
we didn't forget any).

I meant to include prayers and vines for all those that are suffering from this catastrophe. Where I lived in OC, NJ a former neighbor said there was 2 1/2 ft. of water in the house. Some placesin Ocean City had 6' of sand in the streets. Thankfully my friends and family are all okay.

Thanks again for all the support provided here in LL. You too are like family.

Glad to hear they are okay....I have heard that Long Beach water is unsafe to drink...even WITH boiling. It must be a total mess there so I am glad they are in a safe area for now. There willb e time enough to deal with the clean up....lots of hugs to them and thanks again for the update Barb!

From what I've seen on the news it looks like Long Beach is really a mess. I sure hope their house is alright. I'm so glad they evacuated.
