10/31 LOOSE LIPS: pools... and HAPPY HALLOWEEN LL!!

Good Morning LL!! (LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT!WACKY WEDNESDAY is over!!! What a relief. They have decided that today is a HALLOWEEN TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! All with pumpkins! :shock: Kinda cool huh!They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! I s hope you guys like pumpkin.... so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! AND (!!) just cuz it is HALLOWEEn I also have a mega huge venti Pumpkin Spice Latte! major yum! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are complimentary!

Happy Halloween everyone. I trust the kitties will be partying to the max today. This was Mannie's favorite holiday... he so loved Halloween, right down to the party. His infamous progressive Halloween party. The best part for me is the Circle of Remembrance. Remember well kitties. They are so many GA's that miss you, and are watching over you. Celebrate their lives today, remember them, look for them through the veil. It is an extra special one tonight, thin enough you can touch... it is, after all, Halloween. Mannie so wants to see all of you.

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Ours was alot of fun! it was a pool day for Nicholas. The other grandparents watched William while Nicholas and I swam.Thank you Pat! I ended up having teh boys through the evening, as my DD and DSIL received playoff tickets for our soccer team, the Sounders. That was so cool, so of course I volunteered to watch the boys, play with the boys, enjoy their company while they went to the game. it was a long day for all of us, but wow! What fun! Here is what I wrote in the condo last night about yesterday: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. Ours has been GREAT! My DD just called - they have received playoff tickets for the Sounders (our soccer team), tonight, and wondered if I can watch the boys through the evening. :shock: oh sure I said. :shock: no problem on the lateness of the hour. :shock: Oh HAHAHAHAHHAHA, it is my pleasure. It will be a long night, but I know we will have some good times. I see popcorn, Fritos, a few milkshakes and a few episodes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on the agenda... :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: The pool today was good. Nicholas was so in his element, my little ENERGIZER FISH played hard, had so much fun. He loves the buckets on the pole now, and will stand under them for minutes on end so they can all dump their water on top of him. What a ton of fun. We also spent alot of time in the big pool. So much diving and jumping. He is learning how to go in head first, really likes that. I had one tired boy on my hands when we finally got home. Down and out for the count, even though he swore on the way home that he didn't need a nap. :lol: :lol: oh sure.... " Picassa link: Swimming!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! This morning things are very normal, very quiet... As tired as I am after a very long but good day yesterday I am grateful and reflective on how nice these mornings are. Lola is camped out on my lap as I type this condo. This continues to be one of my favorite times with her. Now if she would only stay that way.... HAHA: what fun would that be? She and Bug came to spend time with the boys yesterday when they first came in the morning. Bug was back several times to check on that squirming, wiggling, yakking tiny thing on the floor. I gave them a proper introduction, and Bug sat for a while and watched William. That was kinda cool - friendship in the making. GOOOOOOOOOOOO BUG! Lola has been fun. She spent most of the evening being Nicholas's sidekick. It is doubtful though that she is a big fan of the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She'd look t the TV then at Nicholas and give him that "Seriously?" look.... :lol: :lol: :lol: YUPP! Normalcy in MusketeerVille! cat_pet_icon

Have a great day everyone. It is another Nicholas and William day today. I hope to take the boys up to a river, again, as Nicholas asked for one yesterday. I will see how weather and temp patterns develop and then pick a spot. Who knows - Nicholas may have already decided where we are going! ;-) Alot depends on whether we get those predicted rains or not. We may end up at the Aquarium if things get to "wet" out there. I will try and get to condos when I can.

Morning Melissa THX, kitties here are pretty wired too... Elsa and the troops are ready to see there buddy Mannie. ;-) oh yes on the late night, major tired here. But it was worth it, and we did have a great time. We shall see just how tired Nicholas is this morning. I suspect he will arrive still in his PJ's... :lol: Oh yes on William, that he does! it's fun to have a "conversation" with him - he reacts to sounds, tones, one gets all kinds of reactions. :lol:

Morning Amy yes, a very longggggggggggggggggggg day. :roll: But it was fun. I think so on Bug. He is fascinated with William, Nicholas sends him running. William does not. :lol: :lol: Too funny, but nice that William will have his kitty, and Nicholas will have his.

Hi Michelle, sounds like a long day, but so much fun with the two boys. So glad it is all working out with caring for them and getting help when needed. I think you have two little adventurers with both. Happy Halloween to you and your krew. Mags will be there along with Mannie tonight having a great time and it will be so nice for them seeing all the LL kitties thru the veil. So neat with Lola on the lap. Happy Halloween! Will you be trick-or-treating with the boys?

We are remembering Mannie today. He was the best and the Halloween parties that he planned and carried out were highlights of the LL year. This year's Circle of Remembrance will be especially poignant.

Love the pics of Nicholas in the pool and William being observed by Bug. William is such a cutie.

Have a fun day today after your marathon day yesterday. Your evening with the boys sounds like it was fun for all.

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. Here it is Halloween night, the candles in the pumpkins are lit, treats are ready, and I have 0 trick or treaters. :shock: ;-) Somebody will get some really good left over candy.... not me! I SWEAR! I will save it for my two DS's... anyways..... The boys and I had a really niche day. It was a very long day yesterday for Nicholas, so I worried about how tired he would be today. Not too bad actually. He arrived in his PJ's, was a little sleepy, but true to form he was ready to roll... Adventure time! One has to love that kid. We did the aquarium. Being as tired as he was this AM, indoor was a good choice. Plus it was wet windy and cold outside, and I doubt he would have handled that well being as tired as he was. just guessing.... He, and William, had a good time. It was fun to watch him interact with a volunteer there that was feeding some crabs, anemones etc. She'd explain to him what she was doing, and he cheered when the critter accepted the food. :thumbup What a hoot. LOL: came unglued too when he realized there were two octopus in the big tank. They have enhanced some exhibits, really nice now. William was fascinated with the place, and was awake the whole time we were there, just watching everything. I think we spent maybe 3.5 hours there until Nicholas was just beyond tired. LOL: crashed in the car the minute he sat in his seat. All in all, a nice time with the fishies. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo.

Maui - GF! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! A Spookover on the jet! I so wanna see that! heeheehee on your costume! I thinks a crown is mega cool. Hi Ann - THANKS FOR THE VISIT! I hope all is well with you. Yes on the day - it was very long, but we had a good time. it is working well with both boys, the routines are set, and things flow well. Yes - I agree: both are adventurers. William is awake for most of it, soaks it all up. I love the veil aspect of this Holiday - I know Mannie is so looking forward to seeing all his friends. THX on Lola too - I really enjoy that morning lap time.

Hi Ella - nope on the trick-or-treating with the boys.... they are at home with mom and dad, and I'm not too sure what they are doing there. Hmmmm.... Very cool on the kitters and camp Stu and all the Halloween festivities. I agree on this years Circle of Remembrance being especially poignant. I was thinking about that the other day - we have lost so many LL legends this year. THX on the photos! THX on yesterday too- it was busy but we had a good time. Aquarium today - that too was a blast. it is great to see William responding to it all.

Hi Carla - Me too on Bug, and William. It is really cool to see. Yes on William - he really is one very happy baby: never fusses, only cries when he needs a diaper change or is hungry. The rest of the time he one happy little kid. YAY! I thought so too on Lola. Made me laugh. Nicholas so wanted her to sit and watch with him. She said no way.... :lol:

Nothing like chocolate and caramel to scream "halloween"! We so miss Mannie, and especially on his very favorite holiday. Zener and Tillie are on their way to the party and so looking forward to seeing Mannie, Moonie, punkin, and so many of our GA kitties.
