Yay, a nice blue surf. Furball was happy & purry this morning.

I just realized, I have not heard anything from Greenies about the problem I had with the pill pockets. I didn't have time to call, so I filled out a form on their web site. I expected a call or e-mail, but nothing. If I have time, I'll follow-up with a call to make sure they got my information.

Sometimes, these online form takes a while to get a response.
I imagine they get tons of messages and it must take time to sort through them, but they should respond to this kind of quality complaint ASAP!
