Good evening,

happy we had another day with blue and one green number on the Libre. Binie is eating well and seems to feel quite good. I started to give d-mannose again to help her bladder.

I researched Colleens @SmallestSparrow idea yesterday, to take care of the pH of the urine. And it is indead recommended for cats with subclinical bacteriuria. I researched a few products and will write to my vet tomorrow. Maybe that can help her, to stay pain free as long as possible.

We have a public holiday in Germany tomorrow and I am really looking forward to have three free days. I am really exhausted after this emotional rollercoaster the last weeks.

Ivy has been prescribed the below products for Urinary tract issues, so there are products out there which may support her UT, as Colleen suggested.

Happy Halloween and I hope you and Binie have a wonderful quiet evening. So nice that she’s had some good numbers. It appears she and Methos are on opposite tracks—his are now terrible

thank you so much for sending me the links! I can not get these exact products in Germany but of course someting similar with the same ingredients. Sometimes I also like to mix the ingredients myself. Binie already get the d-mannose which is in one of the products.

There are a lot of ingredients, where I didn't knew they are helpful for cats before, so it is a great inspiration. For myself I am a huge fan of eccinacea purpurea and I didn't knew I could give them to Binie too. I will definitely try this. This is very helpful! Thank you so much Staci!

thank you so muchI I looked in Methos ss and wonderd if the red numbers can be NDW - new dose wonkyness? You just upped his dose so maybe he is reacting on this? And his ketones are quite well! I keep my fingers crossed he will go gently down tonight.

The last time he was at 3.5 he had issues: his nadir would be the next PS or later or he’d go up and stay there
His ketones were very early this am so reflect the relatively low previous night. I’m sure they are terrible now so I’m not checking but your great care of Binie gives me hope
I am so tired. I’ve fallen asleep 4 times typing this.
