For today I proudly offers triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all his Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... per his beans request. Ahhhhhh.... YUM! sorry guys, had to have it!)Happy Tuesday!

Yesterday was......... yellow day in MannieLand. A rather flat yellow. The AM cycle as nice in that it was a slow slide down, no fast drop. By +11 though it was apparent that Mannie had other plans, which managed to include some pink after +2. I would like to attribute it to the influence for the full moon.... Works for me! whatever the cause, I hope he will come down soon. Looking for some blues and greens Mannie. So far we are off to a good start this morning. :-D Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D By good fortune we had a sunny and warm day here in the PNW - 60 I believe, which is warm for us this time of year. It was however, very very windy, around 20 mph most of the day. Poor Mannie! He knew the sun was out, could see the rays on the deck, and wanted outside so bad... SO I though well, he'll stay on the deck, it's warm, and why not. :shock: He took a few steps out onto the deck when a strong gust of wind blew cross the deck, knocking him sideways. :o :shock: :lol: That took care of all future outdoor visits for yesterday. It was off to this fleece bed, followed by the nanner pile shortly after that. This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! Not too much planned her for today. I hope to get a short local hike in here at home, followed by a trip to Seattle to see friends, share a cup of coffee. Should be fun!

Thoughts, positive, for all out friends affected by Hurricane Sandy. May all be safe.

Hey everybody! WHAT A PARTY LAST NIGHT! And for all you beans .... we is still in the belly of the beast, winds and rains all around us!, hunkered down with fleece and blankets and warm hay, safe and sound in Rusty's barn. We rode out a hurricane!! It was so cool! We have the wood stove going and everything. This morning Tess is making her world famous flapjacks with blueberries! So don't worry about us. We is dong well, and will be home.... sometime.... :-D Since we are all together we are taking some time to plan out the Halloween Party. See you beans later!! ~~ Mannie

Nice blue for Mannie today! Looks like he might be breaking that flat yellowness anti-jinx. I don't blame Mannie. Nothing beats a nice warm fleece bed. Have a great day Michelle!

Hey Mannie! Thanks for letting the beans know we are ok. It was soooo awesome. The flap jacks smell really good too. I'm glad we still have power. Tomorrow is Halloween! Woohoo! I think I will be a black cat and scare everybody. :lol: I might have to paint my white though cuz my bean says my white makes me less scary. Maybe you can help me with the hair dye thingy. - Tarragon

Sometimes I get that blend coffee a lot when I just want a tall coffee to wake up when I'm out and about. Thank you Mannie. Maggie had quite a bit of yellow, too, yesterday. I think it was Mannie and Maggie getting into the whipped cream and chocolate shavings, although they haven't come clean yet. :lol: So funny on the wind turning Mannie sideways! :shock: yikes, strong wind. Have a great day, Michelle. That sounds like fun with the coffee date and then a hike.

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) I like this amps this AM, sure beats yesterday... We are so hoping that he can stay blue kitty today, maybe even visit the greens. Mannie agrees with you! The warm fleece bed won yesterday. :-D

Morning Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) too funny on the Pike Place Market blend - it actually is a good one. I use that one at home alot. Just a nice even mellow blend, good flavor. -- I think so too! Mannie and Maggie must have spent way too much time getting into the whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Mannie hasn't come clean either, but hi supplies are sure running low... a sure sign.... :lol: :lol: The winds here yesterday were strong: 20 mph at the house. He was not too thrilled with it all, especially when ir knocked him sideways. :shock: THX on today - it will be good to go to Seattle, as we have had to postpone the last couple of trips.

Tarragon, DUDE! I am glad we stayed the night... it was sure WINDY out there. What a cool sleepover. and look at Tess - flippin' them flapjacks! heeheehhe on your costume! Dude! Oh, poor Mannie getting blown sideways! I hate to laugh but the image in my head is funny! At least there were warm blankets and nanners to heal his pride. :-D

We all survived with minor damage, although still awaiting the status of our boat at the NJ shore. Don't have high hopes, but everyone is safe.

Mannie - the catch and grill contest was awesome, I TOLDS you I'm the best catcher of meeces there ever was! Breakfast smells awesome - Tess is the BEST! I'm hanging here until ... whenever! We can plan our costumes! Maybe I can be a NANNER! HI Mamabean - we're all fine! ~Leo

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your concern. We were fine in Hurricane Sandy up here (it was total reversal from last year's Hurricane Irene, when the city was hardly touched but we were really hit (the damage from Irene is still being dealt with)).

Mannie has great blues today. And the tripple espresso Pikes Peak Market sounds so good. I love the new coffee signature that Ann made for Mannie. It is purrfect.

It is a relief to read that it was better this time. :-D THX on Mannie - he really did have a great day today - solid blue! -- I really like the Pike Place Market blend that they offer there. It is the first blend they sold when they opened way back when. And me too on Mannie's coffee signature. I'm not too sure where she found it, but it is PURRFECT!

Mannie is one crazy dude - he likes all that foamy whippy gooey stuff - all the things an FD kitty should not be eating. :lol: :lol: And yes - i laughed watching him dealing with the wind,. He usually spikes then - darn food. so we shall see that he does after that.... bummer on Maggie - love that from Leo - fell off the blue boat. Well, he'll climb back aboard. Mannie can help her...
