J.D. let me sleep at least.

We need eating vines, please.

J.D. ate about 1/4 can (normal meal size) of FF last night, and then I added some freeze dried raw chicken toppers that arrived yesterday with J.D.'s new water fountain and put some on top of his food and he didn't even recognize it as food. I ended up feeding him baby food last night.

This morning, he didn't eat. It's like he can't smell.
I just went to try again, and he went back to bed, so I put the bowl of food under his nose on my bed and he is licking it.
He has to go to work with me today, as I have no idea how long past PMPS I will be there today. Except for rare occasions, he doesn't eat well when at work. I am hoping this is one of the rare occasions. I am going to give him some cypro. Wish us well.

Just read about JD not eating well today. I'm hoping all went well, but sending eating vines and peace of mind wishes too :YMHUG:
 
Thank you for the eating vines ladies. J.D. ate about 1 and 1/3 jars of baby food beef and gravy and a little bit of FF at work. He pooed on the carpet, but I saw it and quickly picked it up before anyone saw (I think). It was a 12 and 1/2 hour work day and he was pretty much blue all day. We just got home about 30 minutes ago. He took himself for walks around the office a couple of times. I was thinking about taking him for walks around the office to stretch out his legs as he pretty much just stays under my desk and snoozes most of the day, but he took himself.
He pooed again in the carrier on the way home from work, so I don't expect him to poo again tomorrow.
As soon as we got home at PM +2.5, he was looking for food (as he usually does when he gets home) and he just finished off close to 1/2 can of FF Chunky Turkey (that's 2 normal meals worth). He is now on his cat tree waiting for his vitamin treat.
Today, was much more successful at work, and if all goes right, I get tomorrow off :thumbup .
 
Yippee on a good appy!! Hope you get to stay home tomorrow Dyana! :-D How cool that J.D. wanders the office, but stays under your desk. He is one smart kitty!
 
Hi Dyana. Glad J.D. started feeling better as the day progressed and he got his appetite back. We're sending him some feel better vines along with some appy vines.

I am glad that his appetite was better. Poo was good too! J.D. sounds like a dog. He walked himself around the office.

Wow, you have long days though..
