Hi all:
We were very fortunate with the storm. Terrible wind last night, it was hard to sleep thru some of it (cats had NO problem), but all in all we faired well. A few brown outs and flickers but no loss of power and amenities. Many downed power lines and trees nearby, some road closures. Very thankful for Sandy sparing us. The only casualty seems to be my airline reservation for tomorrow, which we will work out.

Asher had a decent amps today, 203, so we will see what the rest of the day brings. The kitties are enjoying snoozing in front of the wood stove today.

Hope everyone out there on the east coast is safe warm and dry, and good wishes to the rest of the kitty countries out there too!

Hi guys .. glad to hear you are all ok with just a few brown outs .. and of course, happy to hear the cats did well :-D I hope you get your airline reservations figured out .. stay safe!

HI Asher- I hope you have had a good day. Soooo very grateful you all survived the storm. Bummer on the travel plans but as you said, it will get all worked out. Have a great night
Karen

Hi Donna,
your ss is behind...
don't know what the rest of the story is for today.
Hope Asher slid down into some blues today.

Glad you fared okay thru the storm.

Hi. I'm glad you weathered the storm fairly well. My brother lives in New Ringgold, PA and 2 sisters in Orwigsburg/Pottsville area so not to far from you. The 2 sisters didn't have any problem but my brother lost power. He had a generator wired into his house 2 years ago and finally got to use it. I can visulize your kitties lying in front of the wood stove-like something you would see on a Christmas card.
I hope you have a good evening and stay warm and dry.

I'm glad to hear you are all safe, Donna. Thanks for letting us know....we worry about our LL family in those areas.
