Sending vines to all in need today, including heart-healing vines to (((Mary))) for helping her dear Stella cross the bridge yesterday. ♥

Ripley is going great this morning.
Good appy, good LB-use, and good numbers.
Today is her 6th cycle with the added syringe-change-adjustment drop, and it looks like there's room for another drop to be added tonight.

We've been having really nice daytime temps (70s), but the evenings are becoming cooler (& longer). I've noticed that Ripples is entering 'hibernation' mode: more time on her rocking chair, less nights near me. It'll soon be time to turn on the wall-heater, which means even more rocker time since her rocker is adjacent to the heater. She sure does love her heat. The rocker heating pad has been in regular night-use for several weeks now. Sweet girl.

Awww...Ripley is trying to will that heater on now by hanging in her rocker, isn't she? I've got lots of pictures of Trix laying in front of "her" heating vent, with her belly fur blowing in the breeze....it's so cute. Some of my other guys lay directly ON the heating vents that are in the floor. They are so funny!

Nice start for Ripples...good luck with the dosecrease, unless she reads her condo and responds to the threat. Have a great day, Josie!

Yep, drop increase tonight.
If only I had been able to get home a little earlier, I could possibly have added a little green guy icon.

Ripley's sitting on my lap as I'm typing.
She's trying to chew the pendant on my necklace.
And the buttons on my blouse.
And headbutting my arms. I thinks she wants some attention.

Good luck with the drop increase. I had a cat that liked to lay face down on the heating vent. I don't know how he could do that.

Good luck with the new drop dose. I got my syringes today but not really sure when I'm going to start them.
Ripley is so sweet in her rocker by the heater with the heating pad cat_pet_icon She does have it made. Awww, the life of a FD cat ;-)

Back to the lagoons, Rips! The first time I went to Anne's apt, her cat Molly was asleep on the heat vent with her eyes open. I thought she was dead and I said to myself "Oh no, I just met this woman and I'm going to have to tell her that her cat is dead." Fortunately, Molly was fine, she just liked to sleep with her eyes open. Very eerie. :lol: :lol:

I'm glad you didn't have to be the bearer of bad news to Anne ~ what a way to 'break the ice.' nailbite_smile Several of my preschool students nap with their eyes partly open ~ creepy.

Pam, Ripley (and many other LL kitties) really does have it made! I waited to start the new syringes close to a weekend, in case there was a big fluctuation in numbers and she needed more monitoring. Good luck with them!

Carla, too funny about your kitty face down on the vent ~ no burnt whiskers? Ripley used to have singed whiskers as a kitten, but that was from playing with a candle flame :shock: . It took a long time for them to look normal again. :roll:

Ni ni, LL. This bean is done with parent-teacher conferences and beyond exhausted. (Hence the 8pm bedtime @-) )

Hi Josie,
I'm glad Ripley is feeling good and enjoying her heater.
Sometimes, I turn down the bedroom heater at night on purpose, so that the cats snuggle with me when we go to bed.
