Not abnormal. I'm pretty sure you are on top of his blood work that might hint of anything else. Some cats just love to bounce. Took my girl a year before she stopped bouncing to reds. And I've seen worse. On the other hand, I have seen some recent endo vet recommendations that if kitty doesn't get regulated within six months, they should be tested for acromegaly. Might be worth considering, even if just to rule it out. If you do decide to do the testing, I'd add on the test for IAA (insulin auto antibodies). It's a cheap add on that also goes to MSU. If both prove negative, you've just got a bouncy cat.
