I really really hope I don't regret dosing today.... my mom is here for a few hours after I leav so i will force her to get some tests in. I am so paranoid!

Glad to hear his appy is back! Nice and easy Gordy...be a good boy and surf. Cute house :) After quitting my software career to take care of Doodles I went got my real estate license a few months ago. Finally going active with it this week :nailbiting: so I can help pay for cat food :p

Ive looked at 8 so far and that's the only one I see myself living in. Looks super plain in thr pictures, but its actually really nice. We'll see what my dad says this afternoon.

I was busy at work so I didn't see her text till now! So hopefully he is surfing just fine. I know he CAN surf with beautiful blues, but WILL he is the concern LOL! Eek! :eek:

Cute house! Some shrubs and plantings and maybe later some paint, and that could be a sweet cottage for you and the furbabies! And it will be yours! A tax write off and no mean landlord to deal with. Good luck with it Cass and keep us posted about it. :bighug:

Yeah, LOL. They are doing me a solid. I can easily qualify for the loan on a place like this, but this saves me more money for now. And they want me to buy it from them in a 1 or 2 years, which I should be able to do. Gives me a little time to bring my savings back up. :( it'll essentially be my place.

That's wonderful of them. They will expect to stay with you when they are in town. :p Are you staying in the same town as your grandma? Is the commute better?

Letting them stay with me seems like a fair trade haha.

Ill be in Jacksonville, just a town over. But my grandma is scared of Jacksonville so she probably won't come over :rolleyes:

Commute should hopefully be better! Less congestion traffic. But you never really know until you drive it. Anything beats the 45 minutes I take to go 11 miles. :arghh:
