A pink start this morning, but just barely -- not so bad after last night's fur shot.:blackeye: We'll see what the day brings.

It's definitely fall here, with chilly nights and days growing shorter at an alarming rate. Another traditional sign here at Thunder Tabby Manor (I just made that up) is kitties rediscovering their appetites, and sure enough, Chispa has been cleaning her plate -- all three of them last night (supper dish plus two in the automatic feeder). I haven't weighed her, but I'm hopeful that she might put on a pound or two.
Happy Thursday to all! :bighug::cat::bighug:

Hi Karen,
Sorry that fur shot happened! But I'm sure Chispa will recover from that fairly quickly.
Very happy to hear that Chispa is enjoying food again! I love watching kitties eat.
They don't tell you how good or complement the presentation :p but when I see them eat with gusto, it just fills me with joy!
Happy Thursday and enjoy the nice fall day! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thanks, Kit! I agree about watching kitties eat. I love the little smacking sound they make when they eat paté. I used to love to hear them crunching dry food, too -- I would feed it as treats, but Chispa doesn't have any opposing teeth anymore, so it's all freeze-dried treats nowadays. They are too spongey to make noise, but she loves them.
Happy Thursday to you and Mikan!:bighug::bighug::bighug:

So frustrating for the fur shot! I hope she gets back on track soon.
Here too, trees are changing and the nights are starting to feel much colder. Some days, too.
Hi Cecile! I had a run of fur shots for a while -- it seemed like every other shot left something on her fur, and I couldn't figure out why. I've been doing better lately, but ugh! Those setbacks are frustrating.
Hope you are enjoying some lovely fall weather, and I hope Bella is cozy by her heater vent!:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Karen, hope Chispa has a nice gently slide down. So happy to hear she’s eating well and enjoying her food. What a good kitty.
Hope you both have a gentle cycle and a nice cozy night ahead :bighug::bighug::bighug:
