I am posting a condo today because something is a little off with Alska.
He is walking away from his food before it is gone. I know that his eyesight isn't great but he usually leaves a pretty clean plate. Now, he is not the only one and this is pretty typical during season changes when eating patterns get off... BUT, he is also reacting to his shot.
I usually shoot on his right shoulder and try to rotate around a circle but he doesn't want me touching him there anymore so I tried his left shoulder this morning and he reacted and ran - before getting his last treat. I don't know why all of a sudden Alska is reacting to the shot. He hasn't really done this since switching off Lantus. I don't know if his shoulders are sore or what. I can't really touch his hind flanks without a fight so shooting there is not realistic.
So this is something I am struggling with and have to figure out :sad: It may be time for a dental - which can't happen before November.
