And it's post-green bounce today. flip_cat Kitties are napping and anticipating the arrival of vacuum woman. :shock: Zener started off with great appy and then things started to stall. Tummy massage given and the poor guy was pretty tight, like cramps. :YMSIGH: Good thing his numbers are high so we don't need to worry. :? One of the slats was pulled or pushed off our fence gate last night so expect it was Mr Raccoon or Mr Skunk, though we had no sighting.

@Ella - Zener is very brave and protects his beans and his backyard fiercely! We don't have a garden, it's so dry here and the high altitude only gives us about a 90 day growing season, so no garlic. We did plant one tomato plant this year, first time ever, and are starting to get some tomatoes! :razz:

Looks like the big guy is having "one of those days" with his tummy again. He usually gets back on track in the evenings, so paws crossed this too shall pass. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday, it's all downhill to the weekend from here! :-D

Oh poor Zener! I hope the tummy thing is short lived. Healing vines for the sweet boy. Sounds like the wildlife was having a party last night. Have a great day all!!

Looks like the tummy massage helped and appy is back! And so are the blues!

@Melissa & Mr T - this tummy thing is an ongoing issue with the big guy. Fortunately, with meds and massage, it seems short lived these days, and at least we have some tools in our tummy tool chest! I remember you telling my about your friend's cousin being in London. I hope she had as successful and fun a time as I did! Continuing to send good wishes to your friend Heather. When my mom was receiving chemo, several years ago, for lymphoma, a young boy was also getting chemo treatment at the same time as her appointment. He told my mom, "they give you just enough to kill ya, then they bring ya back." My mom never forgot that and would tell that story to anyone she knew (or didn't) who was having chemo. It always got a chuckle. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine.

Hope Zener clears his bounce quickly and the tummy massage helps him feel better soon. Glad the skunk did not spray Z or you the other night. Our neighborhood skunk readily sprays when any critters cats, racoons, deer, or coyote get too close. Our nieghbors evicted the groundhog that lived under under their porch then the skunk moved in :roll: , we are keeping our groundhog :lol: . Sending healing vines your way, have a great rest of the day.

Glad Zener is feeling better and to prove it, he gave a nice slide to blue. Glad the tummy massages help him. Is there any special technique you use? Maggie keeps a watch in the early mornings for sightings of critters but so far none seem to be showing up. Have a good night.

@Leslie & Jasper - the tummy massage helped, it's almost like he has cramps and you can feel the muscles relax. Paws crossed, no skunk spraying of our cats, but they usually don't pay much attention to the skunks. I would agree - a groundhog is a less smelly neighbor! ;-)

@carla - lately Zener will sometimes throw a blue in a bounce cycle. Paws crossed the PMPS cycle is even more blue! :cool:

@Ann & Maggie - ah, poo day off for Maggie, so poo patrol won't put any pressure on for product! :lol: Hope Ms Mags sights some exciting critters from a very safe distance! Our technique is clockwise gentle massage, clockwise viewing his tummy with him on his back, and also sometimes a light pressure in and then down just below the breastbone.

@Amy - we forget how much shorter these episodes are, so that's probably a good thing! The mighty Z is still in bounce mode and we never really know what may happen! :twisted:

We are having some unusually warm autumn days, near 80, and cool evenings high 30s to low 40s. This time of year our temperature can vary 40 degrees F between highs and lows. The kitters are loving the warm days!

Glad Zener came down today--Those tummy rubs sound great--maybe I could get some too--My tummy isnt so great.. Hope that Zener has a real good day tomorrow--Watch out for those critters!! Sounds like you have so many! Have a good Ni Ni & Hugs & Love from us!
