Good day!

After yesterday's low start, Morgaine was 140 at AMPS. We are dog sitting for a friend for a short time today so that could be interesting. They tolerate and may even like one another. Noche, the dog, likes the Purebite treats a lot. It does say dog treats on the package. Morgaine shares with her. Noche also likes FF and we share that too, once in a while. :lol:

Nice start.....a teeny bounce for Morgaine. I hope she enjoys the day with Noche visiting!

Noche was here and now has gone home. They are very cute together. Morgaine will go right up to her and sniff her nose and Noche just stares at her, with no real reaction. Of course Noche is tied up and Morgaine is free to roam. Noche's human is afraid she will chase the kitty. We can't have that in Morgaine's own home.

Her +3 was 126 so she is having a Teeny bounce. I am grateful that she doesn't bounce high.

Noche is a lovely pure black mutt, thus the name. We were discussing this today and decided she is 100% mutt! :lol:

As long as she gets her share, Morgaine could care less about sharing. This is a cat who has a cupboard full of food at all times and an extra bag of Pure Bites in the closet. There is something about my own diabetes that keeps me hoarding food in the house for both of us.

(((Rosalie))): I also use the MJs....same ones as you...for about 10 mos now. I appreciate the offer but I have used BDs and did not like them at all. I love the MJs and never had any problem at all with them and lantus.

It is very odd for me to have MJ syringes that aren't clearly marked or that the zero line isn't consistent. I may have just gotten a bum box....I just opened this box. I've always loved the MJs for their consistency in marking. It's weird. I have two other boxes here so if I continue to notice an issue with that, I'll contact the manufacturer.

It's just with the lev that drawing the dose seems a little different.....it's thicker than lantus.

i give punkin the cosequin in one dose per day with his dinner. i just assumed if the dose was 1 capsule at lower weights and 2 at higher weights that you would give it all at once. i doubt it matters if you want to split it up, i just think it's probably ok to give it at once too.

morgaine has the best bounces i've ever seen! :lol:

She does bounce nicely. She was 86 at +6!

Will try the 1 dose a day for her. My understanding is that it can take 4-6 weeks to see a difference so it is accumulative anyway.
 
i read 20-30 reviews of cosequin on amazon and there were a few people who said they could tell a difference right away, one even after a day?, a few after a week, but by far most said it took about a month or so for them to notice a change. i would tend to believe the longer time.
