Re: 10/29 Milo +8.50/82+9.5/78+11/118 PMPS164

Milos PMPS was 164, so I shot the 1.25.. so now I test +1 & +2 for sure... and more thru out the night....so he is bouncing back up now??

Re: 10/29 Milo +8.50/82+9.5/78+11/118 PMPS164

AWESOME!!!!! Assuming you shot full dose?

I'd still get a +1 and +2.

Great shooting!!

ETA: we cross posted....sorry.

Yes...+1 and +2. I think Jill hit the nail on the head and he's going to bounce but the extra data will be good to have just to be sure.

Re: 10/29 Milo +8.50/82+9.5/78+11/118 PMPS164

Whew..what a day milo gave me lol..this is so unpredictable, but it sure helps you learn alot, is there anywhere else I can find those number references that were mentioned on the bottom on ss?? mine aren't showing

Re: 10/29 Milo +8.50/82+9.5/78+11/118 PMPS164

It's actually not unpredictable. The majority of cats that haven't spent a lot of time in green numbers will bounce. Jill was responding to you at around your +11 when Milo's numbers had gone from 78 at +9.5 to 118 approx. 90 min. later. It's possible that Milo's numbers could have dropped again but that's not what happened. Given the increase by PMPS, it certainly looks like a bounce or a fast rise at the end of the cycle as the Lantus is wearing off. You'll know more regarding what's happening as you get some tests this cycle.

While this was a reasonable prediction, our cats tend to like to throw us a curve every now and again. So, you may think you know what to expect but don't be surprised by a surprise.

Hmm...interesting about your SS; when I open it and scroll down, here's what I see:

You must be editing it somewhere that it is showing up in the bottom because when I look at your reference numbers above with the date in your SS, it all makes sense to me now.

How about trying this...instead of looking at Milo's SS from your google docs, open it from your condo as if you were one of us. Then scroll down and see if you see it.

Re: 10/29 Milo +8.50/82+9.5/78+11/118 PMPS164 +1/203

Milo is +1 203, so he is on the rise, and yes if I open it in my condo I see the numbers... wow this was quite a learning experience today, but I am glad I am learning more with each time this happens, it makes me feel a bit more confident handling what Milo throws my way!!! You all have been so great to us..I am so thankful.. I will contimue to test and post for the data etc..

Way to go! Great job today! :-D
Milo is likely heading into a bounce.... ALL those HOURS spent surfing some serious greenage! I'd be surprised if his liver didn't protest some.
He seems to have steady climbs into and out of his bounces so far - he doesn't shoot up real fast. If a cat has to bounce, that' a nice way to have it go.

Regarding the ss remarks -
It has to do with if you "share" the ss.
I have BKs ss set up as "private only to me" I'm the only one that can access it on googledocs. I use the "comment" feature in various cells to make notes. I see the red corner and hover over and the note bubble appears with my notes. Anyone else sees the number that corresponds to the comment and they are all listed after the last row of the ss.
If you look at Weezers ss, it is shared and you can just hover over the cells and see comments.
I believe each setting publishes the ss a different way, but I'm not sure about that.

just stopping by to cheer you on - you did so great today! it tells you that milo can get some mighty nice numbers on this dose. once the bounce clears you'll probably see them again. good job! and it's really not as nerve-wracking the next time.

:YMHUG:

you're welcome! you can't have too much encouragement - it's scary and unnerving when you're beginning. you'll feel so much better about all of it as you learn more. one day at a time!

Yes....I want to jump on the "you did great today" bandwagon!!! And he's really not going up too fast. Super job getting those +1 and +2 checks. I'd be sure to get a before bedtime check or try and get a mid-cycle spot check since he hasn't bounced up too far yet.
