Yesterday's condo

Iris is still eating on her own! Every time I got up with the boys last night, she took a few more bites and she ate about half of her normal breakfast this morning. She still needs quite a bit of encouragement, but I am so happy to see her show interest in food. Even though she is still sleeping the majority of the time, she looks more comfortable and alert - so I didn't give her pain meds this morning. Let's see if that makes her a little more loopy. If she is showing signs of discomfort, I will start them back up.

The boys are continuing with the same patterns. No clue what Mandarin is up to. He keeps making it all the way to the pink floor towards the end of the AM cycle, but then drops into high greens into the middle of the night. This was the fourth night in a row where he has done that.

Walter is going with the exact opposite pattern: Blues during the day and higher numbers at night. I have to say that I liked those synchronized cycles a lot better... but I guess this is one way to make sure that their bean can't leave the house. Not that I have time to leave the house today - lots of work that needs to get done.
 
I am sooo happy Iris is continuing to eat! Keep it up little girl!

Sorry your boys aren't synchronized. Come on boys, get with the program and surf together to give your momma bean a break.

I'm so glad to see Iris is still eating...praying that she has turned the corner now and continues to improve and improve more!

Boys...stop messing around with MamaBean!!

I hear ya on the work...gotta get crackin' myself!
 
A totally flat +2 from Mandarin... I wonder if he might actually stay off the trampoline for a change. Everyone got a +2 snack just to be safe.

I can hardly stand looking at that super sweet sweet picture!! Boys surf safely and extra vines and prayers for Iris to continue doing better.
 
I'm so happy Iris is still eating on her own. I'm sure as she gets more food in her, she will continue to feel better and better.

Good job, Nurse Flora! I know you can't wait until Iris is up and feeling well enough to play with you.

Mandarin, you are one flat blue cat! I hope that doesn't mean you're planning a PJ party tonight...:confused:

Walter, nice little slide there. Here's a hint: if you start the day a bit lower than that, you don't have so far to go! ;)

Hopefully it was the pain meds making her feel icky. Paws crossed for a good day with Iris continuing to feel better and better, and Mandarin to surf safely, and Walter to slowly head to the lagoon. :)
